Join us for a free 3-hour continuing education training exploring how Dr. Dan Siegel’s 9 Developmental Pathways can be integrated with the somatic, inquiry-based practices of the Narrative Enneagram to support clinical work.
This introductory training is designed for mental health professionals and will offer a clinically grounded framework for understanding clients’ core defense mechanisms, recognizing common linguistic, somatic, and behavioral cues, and exploring how a therapist’s own style may shape countertransference.
No prior Enneagram knowledge is required.
This training is offered in partnership with Freedom Finders and includes 3 free CEUs.

Carrie Kirkpatrick (she/her) Certified Enneagram practitioner and co-founder of Freedom Finders. BA in Applied Psychology & Human Development, Boston College; accredited through the Integrative and Narrative Enneagram traditions and the International Enneagram Association. Work spans team dynamics, parent education, leadership, and executive coaching.
Pauline Towers-Dykeman (she/her) Certified Enneagram practitioner and co-founder of Freedom Finders. MA in Education, New York University; former tenured teacher and nonprofit executive. Narrative Enneagram trained and accredited through the Integrative Enneagram, with decades of experience in education, mentoring, leadership, and facilitation.

Charlotte Hale Alexander, LCSW (she/her) is the Executive Director of The Mental Wellness Collaborative. She is a licensed clinical social worker with experience in clinical practice, nonprofit leadership, and professional education. Before leading The Mental Wellness Collaborative, Charlotte worked in a variety of clinical settings, providing mental health services to adolescents, adults, and families.
