  • Mary Ryan, LCSW

Mary Ryan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), licensed in Wyoming and Idaho. Her practice, Beyond Broccoli LLC, welcomes adults and adolescents struggling with a wide range of issues, with a special focus on problems with food, eating, exercise, and body image. She began her professional journey as a dietitian more than two decades ago. Her interest in the many links between nutrition and mental health, and my passion for empowering clients to improve their relationship with food and their bodies, led me to pursue additional education, training, and licensure as a psychotherapist to help clients move beyond the “what” and towards the “why” of eating and other struggles. Integrating nutrition and psychotherapy is particularly important when there are issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, or difficult childhood experiences that impact every aspect of how we function later in life. “I’m excited about being part of this professional collaborative, with a beautiful space for community groups, discussions and other gatherings that promote mental wellbeing,” she says.

  • Sue Wolff, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Sue Wolff is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and owner of Lupine Mental Health and Integrative Psychiatry. She opened her practice several years ago with a goal to expand mental health access in Jackson, WY, and the surrounding communities. Today she sees clients throughout Wyoming and Idaho. Sue believes that mental wellness looks different to each of us and can be achieved in unique and creative ways.

Through extensive training and clinical experience, Sue diagnoses and treats all mental health disorders, with a focus in depression, anxiety, mood and psychotic disorders, ADHD, and substance use disorders. She sees clients from 6 years old and older and has specific certification in perinatal psychiatry. Sue’s goal is to think outside the box when developing treatment plans and find solutions that resonate with her client’s values. These solutions include ADHD coaching, addressing nutrient deficiencies, safely using medications, and addressing mind-body connections. Some of the unique modalities that Sue uses are auricular acupuncture for addiction and PTSD treatment, oral ketamine with therapy assistance, and solution focused skill building. One of the biggest goals in Sue’s practice, besides offering hope that there are options to improve one’s mental health, is to offer care that is affordable and accessible. When not working, Sue enjoys learning more about her field through training with expert mental health specialists, spending time in the mountains with her husband and their dog, and Nordic skiing whenever she can.

Sue often is asked why she named her business “Lupine Mental Health”. After spending almost 15 years as a wildlife biologist for Grand Teton National Park, she resonates with a special place in the park that is filled with the flower, Lupine, called Lupine Meadows. It is there that she decided to change careers to become a mental health provider. In addition, Lupine flower meaning includes imagination, hunger for life, and new opportunities; concepts that Sue works to instill in her clinical practice and personal life.
