Andy King (he/him)
BOARD PRESIDENT
Andy King is an Oncology Certified Nurse currently working in the Jackson Pediatrics clinic. He brings compassionate care to his patients and their families, from birth through adolescence. Andy views mental health and wellness as essential contributors to one's overall health, and he enjoys working collaboratively with outside clinicians to ensure the best care of the whole person. He earned his nursing degree locally through CWC, his PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his BA in chemistry from Carleton College. Andy moved to Jackson Hole in 2006 with his wife, Liz, and their three sons, Colby, David, and Bradford. He enjoys all manner of outdoor adventures in the surrounding areas, often with his border collie, Mango, in tow.

JoAnn has worked on the financial side of business for 35 years in Jackson before retiring in 2021

Lynnette Gaertner (she/her)
BOARD SECRETARY
Over the last 12 years, Lynnette has had the privilege of working as social worker and mental health professional at several organizations including the Jackson Hole Community Counseling Center and St. John’s Health. She has training and experience working with individuals, families, and groups in the areas of anxiety, depression, cancer, chronic illness, grief and loss, end of life, and perinatal mental health. She currently works for Teton Wellness Affiliates. In her free time, Lynnette enjoys hiking, skiing, backpacking, knitting, and overall adventuring with her family and friends.

Lindsay Long (she/her)
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Lindsay has worked in the health and human service field for 15 years in Jackson, WY. Licensed in 2013, Lindsay currently works at St. John’s Health as a Behavioral Health Provider and oversees the Integrated Behavioral Health and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry program. Lindsay is dedicated to creating a collaborative mental health system in Jackson, so that every community member can find affordable and accessible mental health care with ease.

Rosa Sanchez (she/her/ella)
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Rosa brings extensive experience in advocacy and community engagement. She currently serves as Director of Client Services at Community Safety Network, supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Rosa holds dual degrees in Psychology and Dance Performance from Casper College and is active on the Town of Jackson’s Equity Task Force and the Teton Behavioral Health Alliance. A dedicated advocate for equity and mental health access, Rosa’s passion for amplifying voices and creating inclusive spaces aligns closely with TMWC’s mission. We are thrilled to welcome her to our team.

Ash Hermanowski (they/them)
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Ash is so excited to join the Mental Wellness Collaborative! Ash has over a decade of experience working in nonprofits and food assistance programs, with half of that time here in Teton County. Their last role was at the One22 Resource Center as the Associate Director of Food Assistance. Taking this experience with them, Ash has recently kicked off their own consulting company to continue to support mission-driven organizations in the valley and around the state. Ash is also working with the JH Gender Diversity Project and is passionate about making their community more inclusive and supportive for trans and genderqueer people, offering that perspective in all of their work. Ash is especially thrilled to bring this experience to TMWC board. They bring a strong sense of community into everything they do. Outside of their professional life, Ash enjoys creative arts, live theatre, and camping.

Charlotte Alexander, LCSW (she/her)
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Charlotte has worked as a social worker in Teton County since 2009, working for numerous nonprofits and group practices.
